Allied Electric - Quality, Professionalism, Performance

Safety

Allied believes that our employees are our most valuable asset and as a result believes that an effective safety program is more than just a manual and paperwork. Safety is a culture where everyone in the company actively participates in working safely. Safety is a regular conversation from our executives to our first year apprentices.

Our commitment to developing a safety centered culture has not only allowed us to secure a safe work atmosphere for our employees, but also has shown to be effective in producing measurable results. Allied's Safety Committee consists of leaders from each division and meets monthly to review the programs effectiveness by benchmarking several different statistics. We are proud to say we carry TRIR and DART scores that are lower than the national average and a low EMR! ABC - STEP Award We are also recognized by ABC as a STEP awarded contractor.

We believe that success without safety cannot truly be counted as success!
